As you embark on your final years of high school and begin to formulate
post-high school plans, one of the options that looms large is the
pursuit of a baccalaureate degree at a four-year college or university.
While most colleges and universities consider a variety of factors
when making admissions decisions, one of the most widely used and highly
regarded measures of college-readiness has long been and continues
to be the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT). A high score on the SAT will
give you a clear and distinct advantage in the highly competitive arena
of college admissions. Thus, anything that you can do to boost your
score on this very important test will have an immediate and profound
impact on your future educational choices.
Over the past decade, Mr. Doran, Dr. Ida, and Mr. Kendrick have been
offering SAT preparation classes to the Kalani community during the
summer and fall intersessions, and we invite all interested students
to contact us for up-to-date information about our next set of classes.
